Vision Liberia 2027 Conference (Montserrado County)
In the first Vision Liberia 2027 Conference there were an average of 105 persons in attendance for the four days. There were 13 major workshops each addressing a key elements of the Vision Liberia 2027 agenda. There also were four keynotes speakers each speaking every morning before braking into workshops sessions. Each speaker spoke directly to our heart on the major issues confronting the Liberian nation and people.
The 13 workshop sessions sought to achieve three key objectives:
- Define the root causes of Liberia's underdevelopment at the national, community, family and individual levels
- Define the impact of these root causes on the past and present condition of Liberia
- Define the way forward with a vision for Liberia in the year 2027.
The wonderful responses from participants were amazing!
As a result of this first conference:
- Reverend Kulah was asked to plan conferences in other districts by heads of the government
- Expectations of community, media and interest groups have significantly been raised
- The Liberia Governance Commission has assembled 30 key national leaders to discuss how to begin a national conversation on the issues of nationhood, country symbols, curriculum, monuments and the like - Rev. Kulah was asked and participated in the initial conversation
GOD HAS INDEED BEEN FAITHFUL!
